About Us
Dr. Nanette Jarmain is a second-generation Chiropractor in practice since 1996. With more than two decades of experience, her goal is to create a wellness center in the Chelsea community of New York. A native New Yorker, she returned to our area after chiropractic college to be closer to her family.
Dr. Nanette and her family live in our neighborhood. It’s also here where her children go to school, she attends church and has a strong network of families and friends. That’s why she wanted to provide a place where people could come to not only have their pain problems addressed but to learn how to take care of themselves.

Dr. Nanette is most proud of a wealth of moments over her career where her patients have felt listened to and understood; she always has worked to get to the source of their issue. She loves making a connection with each individual, sharing her knowledge and experience to empower them.
Her son was one of many people she was able to make a positive impact on. A hearing problem couldn’t be helped by any medical avenue that they sought out. Through chiropractic and cranial work, his hearing returned. She helps new moms who feel stressed or are getting sick frequently. There have been patients who couldn’t walk when they came to see her and left on their own feet. Dr. Nanette feels it’s a privilege to serve people and help them regain their lives.
